Kim Cattrall: "Sex and the City" -ster gaat in productie met "Filthy Rich"

Van Sinful Samantha Sex and the City tot de Sinfully Rich Matriarch: Kim Cattrall, 62, keert terug naar televisie met een soap-achtige soap genaamd Filthy Rich. Daarin speelt ze, volgens "TV Line", de vrouw van een rijke stationschef. Wanneer hij sterft in een vliegtuigongeluk, moet weduwe Margaret plotseling de lotgevallen van de grote Monroe-clan kanaliseren. Het lijkt groter en groter te worden, omdat er veel geld te erven is ...

Als regisseur van de serie handelt volgens Tate Taylor ("Girl on the Train"), speelt Cattrall naast de hoofdrol als producer van de serie. Meest recent verscheen Cattrall in de CBS-horrorserie "Tell Me a Story", haar laatste speelfilm dateert uit 2010 - en heet "Sex and the City 2".
